Chomutov Industrial Park

R7 Industrial Park currently comprises 92,667 sqm of land strategically located on the R7 Expressway at Chomutov in the north of the Czech Republic.

A planning permit application has been submitted for the development of up to 48,000 sqm of industrial and / or logistic buildings on the site.

Palmer Capital own the site. Both Palmer Capital and its central European partner Aston are experienced real estate investors and developers.
